gentle muscle release. Wonderful for everyone. Suitable for beginners.
Hatha
Yoga:
An accessible and eclectic blend of yoga styles designed to tone &
stretch the whole body. Relieve everyday stress and create a deep
experience of well-being. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to
deepen their practice.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga:
This class offers movement and breath (Vinyasa) with a steady pace. We
aim to challenge the body and mind but as always modifications are
offered. More emphasis given to standing sequences and fluidity.
Through movement one will warm the joints and heal the body.
Intro to Ashtanga yoga:
Inspired
by the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series, this classical form of
yoga consist of a prescribed flow of postures linked together with breath.
In this class one will strengthen the core, increase
endurance, and build flexibility.
Prenatal Prana Mama Flow
Prenatal Prana Mama Flow Yoga offers
expecting mothers a way to relax, restore, and build strength as you prepare
for childbirth. Inspired by Shiva Rae's Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga, this class
will challenge you both physically and creatively as you develop a deeper
connection to your changing body. Pregnant mothers will learn how to
increase energy and relieve anxiety through breathing and guided meditation
practices that will serve throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
This class is open to all levels.
Boot camp for everyone: Don’t
be afraid, Its fun!!
Push
yourself past self imposed limitations. Stretch, strengthen, and tone your
body. Warm up with some gentle yoga stretching and then power it up! We will
work the muscles of the entire body creating strength and burning calories.
Laughing is a must! Release stretching to end and of course we will close
with breath and a relaxing Savasana.
