Join Adrian Molina (E-RYT500, TCTSY-F) and Yariela Sequeira (LMHC) for Warrior Flow’s 14hr Trauma Informed Yoga and Mindfulness for Community Outreach.
This training is designed for yoga teachers, social workers, educators, nurses, volunteers, mental health professionals, massage therapists, movement specialists and caregivers.

About Adrian Molina:
Adrian Molina has been teaching yoga since 2004, with an extensive worldwide following through his platform and school of yoga, Warrior Flow. Adrian is also a writer, meditation teacher, sound therapist, End-of-Life Doula, Mental Health First Aid facilitator, an ambassador for Accessible Yoga and Yoga for All, and a TCTSY-F Trauma-sensitive Yoga Facilitator. Adrian is recognized as a community organizer and creator of The Warrior Flow Foundation, a 501c3 non profit that brings the benefits of movement, therapeutic and accessible yoga, mindfulness, and stress reduction tools to schools, shelters, hospitals, police, and first responders. He is also the co-founder of Warrior Flow TV, an online video platform that makes fitness and yoga accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
About Yariela Sequeira:
As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), Yari integrates alternative energy healing modalities, alongside spirituality, and her intuitive gift to support the journey of adults who want to connect and shift into a conscious version of themselves they claim and honor. Anger, anxiety, intimacy challenges, sexuality, depression, addictions, trauma, substance use & relationship dynamics, among others, are topics Yari has explored and redefined with clients. Besides holding a Fl License as a mental health counselor, Yari is also certified in Reiki practices, Akashic readings, and Chakra balancing.For the past 19 years, Yari has been facilitating personal expansion through workshops, community events, individual and group counseling sessions. She's worked with families, single parents, sexual offenders, court ordered clients, inmates, the homeless, those experiencing addictions, as well as many in the community who come in due to anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges or for traumatic experiences they want to process.
