Private yoga sessions

We provide one on one private sessions to help each students personal needs. Some students prefer to take a session or two then begin group classes with better understanding of postures and breath. Other may chooses private yoga to learn very specific practices to help heal, strengthen, or learn release technique. What ever the desire we are here to help you achieve your goals.
